At the heart of Variety's fundraising efforts is the unique Variety Bash a quirky car rally which travels hundreds of kilometres during one week in March each year fundraising for Kiwi
kid
s, distributing grants, entertaining children and telling the Variety story.
Its a mad-cap adventure full of eccentric vehicles, larger-than-life characters and heart-felt philanthropy.
Next years Variety Bash will take place from 10-17 March 2012 in the North Island, so put the date in your diary and start thinking up creative ways to
raise funds for your entry fee.
The route will carry the teams through the centre of the North Island, travelling out to South Taranaki, through Manuwatu to Wellington, back up through the
Wairarapa to Hawkes Bay before finishing back in the centre of the island at Taupo.
