Bequests
Bequests are an effective way of keeping the heart of Variety beating. As little as 1% of your residual estate will help to lend wings to
our efforts to provide for New Zealand children. By remembering the Variety Club of New Zealand Incorporated* in your will, you will leave an enduring legacy for disadvantaged children.
Because Variety is involved in so many aspects of children's lives you may decide to leave a General Bequest or alternately tag your Bequest for a specific purpose.
Your Bequest can be tagged for use towards:
Mobility Programmes
Educational Programmes and/or Scholarships
Socio-economic Enrichment Programmes
Individual/Family Grants
And because of the nature of Variety's work you can be sure we will always be working hard to put your Bequest to the best possible use.
If you already have a will you should contact your Legal Advisor to talk through your Bequest. If you don't have a will there are a number of organisations that can help you.
For further information about Wills and Bequests visit NZ Law Society or check out the Making a Will Fact Sheet. You can even make a free will online
by contacting Public Trust.
*Please note, to avoid confusion, this is the correct wording for any Bequests to be left to Variety.
