Variety Bash 2013
Saturday, 9 March 2013 to Saturday, 16 March 2013
Variety is thrilled to announce the Bash Route for March 2013 - we will be returning to the South Island to spend time in the Canterbury region to continue our work to help Kiwi kids, their families and communities.
Join us in 2013 as the Variety Bash commences its 23rd year with seven days travel encompassing spectacular sights in both the North and South Island.
The week’s programme includes some of New Zealand's “must see” regions, from the Chateau Tongariro, picturesque Marlborough Sounds, crossing New Zealand’s biggest farm Molesworth Station to relax in Hanmer, before we spend some time in Canterbury, and finish up in the whale watching capital of the world, Kaikoura.
A major focus of the 2013 Bash will to visit children in Christchurch and surrounding areas. Following the earthquake of 22 February 2011, the Bash focused its fundraising efforts to help the children and their families affected by the disaster. There are still many families and children that Variety continues to help and the Variety Bash will be involved in a special project to continue this great support.
